Una is indeed our butcher’s daughter! We heard about the great things she was doing on the local scene through her brand ‘The Butcher’s Daughter.’
So, in early 2016 we went to see her about how we could work together and we’ve enjoyed a great relationship ever since. Based in Cashel, Una supplies sausages, cured bacon and black and white puddings all of which she makes on her dad’s farm using all of his pork.
We think all of her products are utterly delicious, but Conor’s favourite is definitely the black pudding – for its texture and fabulous flavour!
