Grace’s day begins at 8 AM, a time when she jumps right into her routine by sorting boxes and cleaning surfaces, ensuring a tidy and organised workspace. With efficiency and attention to detail, she loads plates into the machine and prepares for the day ahead. As the lunch rush approaches between 12 PM and 1 PM, her focus intensifies. “It gets busy around lunchtime,” she notes, “but by 2 PM it’s usually calmer, and that’s when I am able to focus and get stuck in.” Grace’s hands-on approach keeps the kitchen running smoothly, and her proactive efforts make her an essential part of the team’s workflow.

Family Moments and Weekend Hobbies

Outside of work, Grace’s family plays a central role in her life. Evenings are a chance for her to unwind with her husband and four children—three boys and one girl. Weekends are filled with family activities, from shopping trips to playground outings with the kids. She enjoys cooking at home, savouring the quiet moments together that bring her peace and joy.
