Sea Salt and Chilli Potato Wedges


  • 6 Rooster Potatoes
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 6 basil leaves, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Scrub the potatoes and cut them into 8 even-shaped wedges.
  3. Add enough water to just cover the potatoes.
  4. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes in salted water. Drain and allow them to steam off.
