Not too many years ago, you couldn’t get a good cup of coffee in Ireland. Tea was king and coffee was often an afterthought.

But over the last decade or so, independent coffee shops and roasters sprang up in great numbers. Walk around the major cities and towns, and you’ll be hard pressed not to stumble upon a bustling coffee shop packed with people working on their laptops.

It goes beyond the satisfaction of a need for a caffeine fix, It’s to do with the quality of the coffee, the provenance of the coffee and variety on offer from different varieties of beans and different brewing methods. Coffee consumption for many has turned into a hobby.

We work with a number of great suppliers and local roasters across the country, because we can!

In fact, if we are working with your company, our preference is to have the coffee come within 50 miles of the restaurant where possible.
